Welcome to Moneta Boutique! We’re excited to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
📦 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Please note: During high-volume periods (such as holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly longer.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer both domestic and international shipping. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Standard (U.S.): 3–7 business days
Expedited (U.S.): 1–3 business days
International: 7–21 business days (varies by country)
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or customs clearance.
🌍 International Shipping
We ship to Mexico! Please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
🚫 Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries currently under shipping embargoes or sanctions. If you place an order to a restricted location, we’ll contact you for an alternative address or issue a refund.
📦 Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. Use this number to monitor the delivery status directly with the carrier.
❗Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your tracking shows "delivered" and you have not received your order, please contact the shipping carrier first.
For damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
🚫 No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our boutique items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.
